Supply of concrete materials 2026-2028

Summary

The tender covers the supply of concrete materials for Hanover’s road-maintenance needs under a framework agreement running from 2026 to 2028. The three lots cover concrete paving blocks and kerbs, concrete slabs, and concrete kerbs, bollards, precast concrete elements and delineator posts. Deliveries will be made against orders to four municipal storage yards in Hanover; the normal order lead time is at least 2 working days, and deliveries must be made on working days from 07:00 to 15:00, and until 11:00 on Fridays. A bidder may tender for all three lots, but alternative tenders are not permitted. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 23 October 2026 at 09:30. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must account for the fact that the authority does not guarantee that all estimated quantities will be ordered, and unit prices must include, among other things, freight, road tolls and the CO2 tax.
