Ventilation system modernisation for Eschbachtal outdoor swimming pool

Summary

The City of Remscheid is procuring ventilation works for the refurbishment of the Eschbachtal outdoor swimming pool. The scope covers ventilation systems for the pool entrance and kitchen, kitchen dishwashing-area and shower exhaust, a dwelling, and the technical building, including air-handling equipment, ductwork, outlets, insulation, fire protection, cooling equipment, commissioning and testing. Design airflow capacities include 5,000 m³/h for kitchen supply air, 800 m³/h for dishwashing-area exhaust, 3,380 m³/h for shower exhaust, approximately 110 m³/h for the dwelling and 7,000 m³/h for the technical building. Four years of maintenance during the warranty period are also included.
