Summary

The contract concerns the delivery and migration of a new IT system landscape, including VM and VDI clusters, a witness/quorum server, backup/repository server, rack-mounted NAS, a control/infrastructure server, and the required software licenses and five-year support. It includes project planning, migration and testing, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer. The solution requires five-year support (60 months) starting the day after acceptance with 24/7 incident handling and a four-hour response time. Optional 25 Gbit/s expansion may be offered separately. The award will be based on price only; other factors will be documented in the tender documents.
