Ventilated façade

Summary

The contract covers construction of the ventilated façade for the replacement Witten-Annen indoor swimming pool building at Märkische Straße 11, Witten. The work includes façade substructures and support frames, 180 mm and 220 mm mineral-wool insulation, a vapour-permeable façade membrane, and external and internal cladding. The external finish uses 8 mm and 12 mm fibre-cement boards and 28 mm rounded-edge, pre-treated larch boards; the works also include cutting, finishing openings and edges, anti-graffiti protection, cleaning and sample panels.
