Collection, transport, acceptance and recovery of waste paper in Regensburg

Summary

The City of Regensburg is procuring the collection, transport, acceptance, sorting and recovery or marketing of waste paper in two lots for 2027–2031. Lot 1 covers collection and removal of approximately 4,000 Mg over the contract period: 1,600 Mg in 2027–2028 and 800 Mg in each of 2029, 2030 and 2031. Lot 2 covers operation of a waste-paper acceptance facility for 60 months, transport and sorting of an estimated 41,770 Mg, and marketing of specified paper grades; it also includes an option for the release of up to 33.5% of the paper as unsorted material.
