Pharmaceutical discount agreements pursuant to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V within an Open-House procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements for various active substances and their combinations. IKK classic will enter into discount agreements on non-negotiable terms with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for the period of 01 November 2026 to 31 October 2028. The earliest contract start is 01 November 2026 if the required documents and self-declarations are submitted by 05 October 2026; otherwise the start will be on the next eligible date. The tender covers pharmaceutical supplies; detailed requirements and conditions will be provided in the tender documents.
