Framework agreement for building operations, including maintenance cleaning, and glass and facade cleaning at Caffamacherreihe 1–3

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of the Caffamacherreihe 1–3 office and administrative building in Hamburg, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers technical building management, technical operation, maintenance, inspection, testing and repair of technical and structural installations, as well as cleaning of common areas, outdoor maintenance, winter services and pest control. Lot 2 covers glass and facade cleaning. The building has approximately 90,500 m² of gross floor area and up to 16 floors, including an underground car park. The framework agreement is initially concluded for 3 years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 5 years. A bidder may submit an offer for both lots. Lot 1 is evaluated on price and quality with equal weighting of 50% each; for Lot 2, price is the only award criterion. Participation requires compliance with the lot-specific turnover, reference, insurance and registration requirements, as well as submission of the names and professional qualifications of the personnel involved in contract performance. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Alternative offers are not permitted.
