Summary

This tender concerns the development or updating of integrated energy-efficient neighborhood concepts (IEQK) for Huckarde and Westerfilde & Bodelschwingh, including renovation management and strategic overall project leadership. The contract aims to create or update IEQK, coordinate related activities, engage local stakeholders, and provide project leadership, monitoring and reporting.
