Procurement of a Waste Collection Vehicle – 3 Lots

Summary

The contracting authority is procuring a waste collection vehicle in three lots: (1) chassis, (2) bodywork and (3) lifter. Bids may be submitted for the number of lots allowed in the contract notice. Alternative bids are permitted only alongside a main bid and may concern technically justified additional equipment or a solution differing from the tender documents; they must be described separately and justified where appropriate. Offers will be evaluated against several award criteria set out in the tender documents. The bid must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 08:00 on 30 October 2026 and must be in German. The bid must include the offer letter, the completed technical specification with details of the arrangements and follow-on costs for customer service, maintenance and repairs (including travel and hourly rates), a suitability self-declaration, and technical documents, product data sheets or brochures. Where applicable, bidders must also submit a joint-bidder declaration and a list of services or capacities provided by other companies. Delivery is scheduled for 14 December 2026, with completion due by 30 June 2027. The lot schedules are: chassis, 5 December 2026–1 April 2027; bodywork, 2 April–1 May 2027; and lifter, 2 May–1 June 2027. A 15% evaluation bonus is given to workshops for people with disabilities; where offers are equally economical, the award goes to such a workshop.
