Social Cohesion II – Multifunctional Hall on Steinhauser Street

Summary

The tender concerns architectural, engineering and related planning services for a multifunctional hall and its surrounding area in the Steinhauser Street urban development area in Zweibrücken. The approximately 1,700 m² project site currently contains a sports hall dating from the 1970s, which is planned for demolition, followed by construction of a new multifunctional hall and landscaping of the immediate surroundings. Service phases 1–3 will initially be commissioned, with implementation planned through August 2027. Subject to funding approval, service phases 4–9 may be commissioned in a second phase, with implementation planned for 2028. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026.
