Framework agreement for the supply of cold repair asphalt and bitumen emulsion, 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Stuttgart’s civil engineering department is procuring a framework agreement for road-repair materials from 1 March 2027 to 31 December 2028. The estimated quantities include 320,000 kg of cold-applied reactive repair asphalt, 4,000 kg of bitumen emulsion, 3,000 kg of joint and crack-filling compounds, 8,000 m of bitumen joint tape, and additional primers, seam adhesive, release agent and bitumen cleaner. Supplies will be ordered as needed for delivery to sites in Stuttgart; the stated quantities are estimates and do not guarantee orders.
