Summary

The tender covers the implementation and managed operation of a digital steam trap management system for approximately 400 steam traps across around 20 buildings at UKE Hamburg. The supplier must carry out the initial inventory and database creation, install fixed temperature and ultrasound sensors and LoRaWAN gateways, perform manual functional testing, provide an ISO 50001-suitable web platform, automated monitoring and alarm management, expert analysis, reporting, training and five years of maintenance. The software must have 98% availability per contract year. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion.
