VE 223: Building automation construction phases BA 1 and BA 2

Summary

VE 223 building automation construction works at the Berlin Zoological Garden site, covering BA 1 and BA 2 construction phases. The works include 2nd BA: field devices, automation and related services/engineering, and switchgear; preparations for connection to the GLT and 3S central, as well as cabling and routes; 3rd BA: similar activities; 2nd and 3rd BA combined – dismantling of the existing building automation; 1st BA – remediation of deficiencies: survey and technical inspection, remediation of switchgear and electrical installation, documentation and revision materials, measurement tests and standards references, data points (BACnet) and automation level, system diagrams, full recommissioning and functional testing. The procurement aims to deliver a functional and well-documented building automation system.
