Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of ventilation systems for a research and laboratory building in Hamburg. The scope includes, among other things, 17,500 m³/h supply and exhaust units, exhaust air at 16,070 m³/h, heat recovery, ATEX-protected laboratory extraction, ductwork, fire dampers, acoustic treatment, insulation, testing, hygiene inspection and as-built documentation. The expected works period is 19 January 2027 to 27 March 2028. To participate, bidders must demonstrate at least 3 comparable references from the last 5 financial years, provide workforce and comparable turnover data for the last 3 financial years, and submit the required registration, insurance and tax evidence. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. Only one main tender is allowed. The evaluation weights the total construction price at 80% and maintenance and fault-remediation rates at 20%.
