VR training environment including VR devices and eye tracking

Summary

The procurement comprises three separate lots: 25 mobile eye-tracking systems, a VR training platform for 36 months including hosting, maintenance, support and adaptations, and 120 VR devices in total, of which 12 must support eye tracking. The solution is intended for joint and standalone training by security and emergency organisations in Germany and Denmark. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 21 September 2026 at 24:00. Bidders must demonstrate comparable experience from the last three years, provide three references, describe their staffing capacity and meet detailed technical, data protection and implementation requirements. Lot 2 requires demonstrable support for at least 10 simultaneous users in one training session. Bidders may tender for individual lots.
