Security services at youth welfare emergency accommodation facilities

Summary

The tender concerns security services at facilities operated by Stuttgart’s youth welfare authority for children and young people taken into care. The basic contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029 and covers two sites in Stuttgart; one-year extensions and security services at the Wollinstrasse site are also possible. Bidders must provide net rates for daytime and night-time hours and apply the 2027 Baden-Württemberg wage conditions for security services. Participation requires DIN 77200-1 and DIN 77200-2 or equivalent certification, ISO 9001 or equivalent quality certification, and at least two compliant references from facilities housing vulnerable children and young people.
