Development of Training Courses for the European Raw Materials Sector

Summary

This procurement concerns the development of training courses for the European materials sector, specifically Lot 7 Data & Digital Operations. The contract covers the design, development and delivery of interactive, learner-centered online modules addressing data analytics, IoT-enabled systems, digital monitoring and asset management across raw materials, energy storage and mobility contexts. Courses will be published in British English on the RM Academy and AM Academy catalogue, packaged as SCORM 1.2, and must meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility and GDPR requirements. The package includes at least one Starter Pack, quality assurance and certification processes (QMS aligned with EQAVET, EQF, ESCO; EIT Label; GDPR), and SME validation with a no AI-only content policy. Timeline requires delivery within six months of contract signature. The fixed price cap is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per lot. Evaluation combines technical/functional quality and price, with an interview possible.
