Green-space maintenance

Summary

The procurement is for green-space maintenance, including the upkeep of parks of comparable size. The bidder must provide the required company, insurance and reference evidence and assign suitably trained and experienced staff. Among other requirements, at least two comparable references from the last three years are required, each with a net value of at least EUR 200,000; at least one must demonstrate the integration of sustainability into delivery. The gardener and project manager each need at least 5 years of relevant experience; staff must have the required vocational training or at least 3 years of experience, and the wheel-loader and elevated-work-platform operator must hold the relevant certificates. Personnel assigned to the work must be able to speak German. Failure to meet any required condition may result in rejection of the tender.
