Measures from the results of the 2026 employee survey

Summary

The tender concerns external advisory and implementation support to carry out measures based on the results of the 2026 employee survey at the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The supplier will provide one-to-one and group discussions, coaching, leadership training and feedback, leadership workshops, moderation and support for leadership retreats, topic-specific workshops, and communication and conflict coaching. The measures can be used individually or as a modular kit. After initial discussions a detailed plan will be developed and agreed with the client, describing the target groups, starting position, objectives, methods, timeline and estimated costs. The scope and timing of services will be tailored to needs, with a requirement for short-term availability.
