Summary

The University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) in Kiel and Lübeck will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery, installation and maintenance of professional digital signage monitors and mounting systems. The contract covers about 200 comparable devices, with 130 to be replaced and an additional 73 units to be replaced during the contract period. It includes initial installations, expansions and replacements of obsolete stock; CMS content management remains with the client and is not part of the tender. The 48-month framework begins on 01.10.2026 and includes delivery, installation, maintenance and service. Bidders must submit technical data sheets, a cost calculation and required forms. The evaluation weights are price 50%, sampling (Bemusterung) 20%, energy efficiency 19%, and warranty 11%, with a potential 15% bonus for bids from workshops for the disabled if applicable. IT security and CMS integration requirements apply; delivery timelines are up to 2 weeks for new purchases, up to 6 weeks for orders above 30 devices.
