Supply of equipment and software under the “Cybersecure Water Utilities” project

Summary

The tender consists of two lots. Lot 1 covers the supply and implementation of an integrated cybersecurity system, including servers, backup, network, UTM, EDR/XDR and DLP solutions, log analytics, U2F keys, support services and training. Lot 2 covers information-security-management and business-continuity documentation, an information-security audit, social-engineering tests and penetration testing lasting at least five days. Tenders may be submitted for both lots, and price is the only award criterion in each lot, with a 100% weighting. The delivery period is 90 days for Lot 1 and 60 days for Lot 2. Participation requires evidence of the specified previous supplies or services, specialist certificates and team composition, and an electronic tender in Polish.
