Modernization and replacement of the existing Computer-Aided Facility Management System (CAFM)

Summary

The contract concerns the supply, implementation, ready-for-operation handover, maintenance and support of a modular CAFM software solution for the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). The new solution is intended to replace the current Planon CAFM system (conjectFM and essentialsFM) and consolidate the existing domain-specific processes into a single central application. The CAFM solution must be provided as an on-premises system in the client's virtual server infrastructure.
