Implementation of a Unified Communications & Collaboration Platform Based on Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Rainbow

Summary

The tender concerns the introduction and operation of a Rainbow-based Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) platform for the City of Potsdam. The contractor must deliver Rainbow Cloud platform licenses (pilot: 100 Rainbow Enterprise Named-User; production: 2,600 Named-User), optional license increases (300 Named-User and 300 Rainbow Voicemail 4546), and provide project management, architecture and detailed planning, system integration, migration, installation, testing, training, documentation, handover, and ongoing maintenance and support for 48 months.
