Framework Agreement for Workspace One Licences, Maintenance and Consultancy

Dataport AöR is procuring a framework agreement for OMNISSA Sovereign Solution for Workspace One in the BYOI variant. The scope covers new and renewed device licences, maintenance and incident handling, and technical engineering and security consultancy. The initial contract period is 2027–2028, with two possible extension years through 2030; a planned initial call-off is 66,000 licences, while other quantities in the price schedule are estimates and do not create a purchase obligation.
