Consultancy and testing services for the Accessibility Competence Centre

Summary

The central police services authority of North Rhine-Westphalia is procuring consultancy and testing services in three lots to support the police Accessibility Competence Centre. Lot 1 covers setting up and operating the centre, including advice on accessible workplaces, IT solutions and documents, public information activities and work processes. Lot 2 concerns standardising assistive equipment for accessible workplaces, preparing related procurements and providing case-specific advice; Lot 3 covers a testing and certification concept for the accessibility of police IT applications and testing those applications. The initial contract term is 2 years, with up to four one-year extensions; the maximum contract value is EUR 600,000 for Lot 1, EUR 360,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 900,000 for Lot 3, excluding VAT.
