Ventilated rainscreen façade

Summary

The Kempten Vocational School Association is procuring works for a ventilated rainscreen façade. The works include 2,250 m² of 8 mm fibre-cement façade panels with aluminium substructure and 2,250 m² of 160 mm glass-wool insulation; 240 m² of 80/160 mm perimeter insulation; 550 m of coated aluminium window sills; 800 m of coated aluminium reveal and lintel cladding; 225 m of coated plinth flashings; and 250 m² of aluminium composite façade panels with aluminium substructure and 250 m² of 160/80 mm glass-wool insulation.
