Matrix42 service, maintenance, support, project and customization services

Summary

The Central IT Service Provider of the Justice Administration of North Rhine-Westphalia is procuring ongoing operational support, maintenance, support, project and customization services for its on-premises Matrix42 platform and related tools. The scope covers Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management and modules, Empirum, EgoSecure, First Aid Service Desk (F4SD), Lobster and Labtagon, serving 38,500 workstations. The contract runs from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2028 and may be extended annually, up to 28 February 2031; the services form one indivisible package, with no separate lots.
