Fibre-cement facade for Röntgen Gymnasium

Summary

The City of Remscheid is procuring the installation of a suspended, ventilated fibre-cement facade for the Röntgen Gymnasium extension. The works include approximately 825 m² of facade substructure and cladding, mineral-wool insulation, 26 m² of XPS plinth insulation, aluminium window surrounds and reveals, insect-protection ventilation profiles, corner details and anti-graffiti coating. The facade panels are to be fixed invisibly; the contract is not divided into lots.
