Heating system installation for the Alte Weberei conversion into a Creative Campus

Summary

The City of Finsterwalde is procuring the heating installation for the renovation and expansion of the former Alte Weberei building into a Creative Campus at Oscar-Kjellberg-Straße 7. The single lot covers a complete heating system, including two 54 kW brine-to-water heat pumps, a 25 kW passive cooling station, heat storage, controls, pipework, radiators and approximately 800 m² of underfloor heating. The scope also includes annual system maintenance for four years and rented temporary winter heating for the 2026/2027 construction period, with an estimated heating-oil volume of 5,000 litres.
