Health and safety coordination for the renovation of the Old Plotha Manor

Summary

The procurement covers health and safety coordination during the heritage-sensitive renovation and conversion of the Old Plotha Manor into the “LandLeben!” community centre at Am Schulplatz 6 in Plotha, Teuchern. The project covers approximately 1,580 m² of gross floor area, with construction works expected to run for about 24 months from January 2027 to December 2028 and up to 20–25 workers on site at peak times. The services include coordination during both the planning and construction phases.
