Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive renovation of Rostock University’s historic building at Parkstr. 6, comprising three full floors and a gross floor area of 7,895 m2. For the renovations a facade scaffold with an elevator will be erected. The scaffolding works essentially include: working and protection scaffolding for the facade with roof fall protection LK 3, 3,120 m2; console outriggers 0.36 m, 520 m; console outriggers 0.73 m, 1,050 m; lateral protection 600 m; eave consoles 220 m; temporary platforms for material storage 150 m2; load- and personnel elevator up to 1,500 kg; room scaffold in the auditorium 1,089 m2.
