Development of an integrated web application focusing on augmented reality (AR) for sports and culture topics. The contract covers browser-based web app development, CMS integration for content updates, a dedicated backend with REST/GraphQL APIs to connect external data sources, and platform ecosystem integration. Hosting is initially provided by the bidder, with the possibility of later migration to the city’s Kubernetes-based infrastructure. Subcontracting is allowed. The price sheet includes modules such as Workshop and Conception; Webapp development (including digitalized sports infrastructure, AR tours and digital culture experiences, app-based health and sports campaigns); CMS development; Analytics dashboard; Platform ecosystem integration; Multilingual support; Accessibility; Testing and launch; CMS training for city staff; ongoing costs for hosting and infrastructure; and other relevant costs.
