Individual Job Carousel programme for Kassel Jobcenter

Summary

The City of Kassel is procuring an individual employment activation and integration programme, “Job Carousel,” for jobseekers. The service combines individual coaching, up to three successive employer-based work trials, evaluation, job placement and follow-up support to help participants enter and remain in employment. Work trials are offered across five occupational clusters: logistics and transport; health, care and social services; production, metal, electrical work and technology; trades and building services; and retail, services and hospitality. Individual participation usually lasts 19 weeks.
