Cross-border project for the sustainable improvement of the ecological and hydrological condition of the Rögnitz – Lot 1: Surveying
Summary
The tender covers engineering surveying of the Rögnitz and Ludwigsluster Canal for a feasibility study on restoring natural watercourse structures and for planning land requirements and future land management. The work includes surveying approximately 23.88 km of the Rögnitz and 11.23 km of the Ludwigsluster Canal with cross-sections at roughly 100 m intervals, detailed surveying of 44 structures, creation of a digital terrain model, data quality assurance, and delivery of a report and digital data. The tenderer must be able to perform surveying based on ETRS89/UTM and NHN, achieve horizontal accuracy below 5 cm and vertical accuracy below 2 cm, and provide data in the required CAD- and GIS-compatible formats. A suitability declaration or European Single Procurement Document, certificates from competent authorities, professional liability insurance of at least EUR 500,000 for personal injury and EUR 1,000,000 for other damage, and environmental damage coverage are required. The tender must be submitted in German using the contracting authority’s forms by 6 October 2026.
