Summary
The tender concerns chemical and analytical investigations of biological environmental samples for the Federal Environmental Specimen Bank. The work covers, among other substances, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, PCDD/PCDF, dioxin-like and non-dioxin-like PCBs, and fat content in various fish, mussel, bird-egg, mammal, earthworm and plant samples. The workload is up to 200 individual samples per year and up to 1,000 samples in total over five sampling years. The analyses must use the specified methods, including HRGC/HRMS and gravimetry; samples must be stored in a cryogenic freezer after delivery; and quality-controlled results must be supplied in the Environmental Specimen Bank import format. The contract has a minimum duration of approximately three years until 20 November 2029 and may be extended by 12 months until 20 November 2030. The tender deadline is 25 September 2026 at 11:00, and tenders must be submitted electronically; a separate tender is required for each lot. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, with up to 180 weighted points available in the evaluation.
