Periodic inspection of ventilation systems at Hamburg schools and properties

Summary

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, SBH | Schulbau Hamburg and GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH are procuring recurring statutory inspections of ventilation systems, smoke extraction systems and pressurisation systems at approximately 500 school and other property locations. The work is divided into four regional lots: Eimsbüttel, Mitte and Bergedorf; Altona, vocational schools and northern Wandsbek; northern Hamburg and southern Wandsbek; and GMH’s southern, sports and special-use properties. Inspections are planned for 2027–2029, with related follow-up inspections and reports included through 31 December 2030.
