Framework Agreement for Temporary Agency Staff in Network, Firewall and VPN Services

Summary

Information und Technik Nordrhein-Westfalen (IT.NRW) is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for temporary agency staff to support its IT technical services in network, firewall and VPN operations. The work includes network and security infrastructure administration, commissioning, troubleshooting, migration, design and development, as well as VPN and two-factor authentication support, customer advice and documentation. Services will mainly be performed in Düsseldorf and at other IT.NRW and North Rhine-Westphalia government sites; depending on the assignment, up to 80% of the work may be done remotely.
