Supply of two emergency physician response vehicles
Summary
The contract covers the supply in 2028 of two emergency physician response vehicles (NEFs) for the fire and rescue service of the City of Oberhausen. The supply includes the vehicle chassis, specialist conversion, communications and electrical systems, vehicle markings, and the required medical and other equipment. The vehicles must be delivered fully equipped and ready for use, in compliance with the standards and road-traffic requirements specified in the tender. The bid must cover every price-schedule item; alternative bids are not permitted. The bidder must provide, among other things, vehicle weight and energy balances and a complete service and spare-parts plan. Telephone technical support must be available on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, on-site assistance must be provided within 2–5 working days, and required spare parts must be delivered within 2–5 working days. Bids are assessed on a 1,000-point scale: price accounts for up to 600 points, with the remaining points based on customer-service availability, on-site technician response time, spare-parts delivery and vehicle downtime. The bid submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 10:00.
