Measurement of Air Exchange Rates in Laboratories

Summary

The tender concerns the measurement and calculation of air exchange rates in laboratories at Heidelberg University. The services cover measuring airflow volumes in 1,446 laboratory rooms across two campus areas, checking room floor areas on site, calculating air exchange rates, preparing room-specific measurement records in accordance with DIN EN 12599, and producing building-specific PDF reports and signs to be installed at laboratory entrances. Work must start immediately after contract award and no later than one calendar week after award, and must be completed by 31 December 2027. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%, using the lowest total evaluation price. Tenders must be submitted by 10 September 2026 at 10:00.
