The procurement covers Lot 14, carpentry works in the existing building of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Gymnasium in Wismar as part of the school’s renovation and extension. The works include repairing and replacing damaged roof and floor timber, treating dry rot in timber and masonry, restoring historic dormer structures, renewing floor and ceiling layers, and installing insulation and structural timber components.
