Study on the development and testing of digitalised occupational health and safety regulations

Summary

The tender concerns research and development services for the “Digital Smart Regulations” project, aimed at digitalising occupational health and safety regulations. The contractor must analyse the digitalisation of regulations, select and process 10 use cases, develop digital checking tools and process models, examine the use of artificial intelligence, and prepare implementation recommendations, a final report and a final presentation. Work is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027 and run until 31 December 2029. Tenders must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 00:00. Participation requires, among other things, proving annual turnover of at least EUR 300,000 for each of the last three completed financial years and providing at least three references for each of the two required experience areas.
