Framework agreement for oil-spill removal in the Upahl, Fahrbinde and Hagenow motorway maintenance areas

Summary

The tender concerns the removal of oil contamination, vehicle operating fluids and hazardous waste on the A14, A20 and A24 motorways in the Upahl, Fahrbinde and Hagenow maintenance areas. The work includes mechanical cleaning, collection of contaminated water-oil mixtures and materials, waste management, and, where necessary, excavation and reinstatement of contaminated soil. In an emergency call-out, work must start within 90 minutes at the latest. This is a single-lot framework agreement for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with no guaranteed total order volume. Price is the only award criterion, variant bids are not permitted, and the bid must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 09:00.
