Summary

The tender covers the planning, manufacture, delivery and installation of furnishings for the Science Center in Wetzlar. The order includes exhibit plinths, display cases, stands and control panels; lockers and a partition with RFID locks; a large curved display partition; benches; and screen mounting and cover components. A total of 51 RFID locks are specified. Prices must include project planning, transport, installation, and all ancillary work and materials needed to make the furniture ready for use. The work is scheduled from calendar week 48 of 2026 through calendar week 4 of 2027. The exhibit-plinth prototype is due by week 48 of 2026, the lockers by week 49, the large curved partition and screen mounting and cover frame by week 50, and all remaining work by week 4 of 2027. Bidders must be able to meet this schedule and comply with the technical descriptions and drawings in the tender documents. Equivalence of any alternative product must be demonstrated with documents or certificates. The offer must include the bidder information declaration, including the business identification number and size category; each member of a bidding consortium must provide this information.
