Supply and leasing of 13 panel vans

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and leasing of 13 panel vans with a maximum weight of 3.5 tonnes, divided into four lots. The vehicles must be delivered in Rostock, be new and technically sound, and have tyres suitable for the season at handover. Evaluation considers 48-month leasing costs and other costs and factors, including excess-mileage charges, the residual value of the interior fit-out, energy use, marketing of returned vehicles and the size of the service network. For lots 1–3, 48-month total costs carry 67 points, while CO₂ emissions, fuel consumption and electricity consumption are separate criteria. For lot 4, total costs carry 72 points and energy consumption is one criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in German on the required forms, with technical data sheets, a sample proposed leasing contract and a suitability self-declaration.
