Summary
The procurement covers the delivery of three identical autonomous measuring stations to three locations, their setup for operation, pre-configuration, on-site testing, user instruction and documentation. The stations will automatically collect, store and transmit meteorological data and soil moisture and soil water potential data at three depths. They are intended for year-round field use, a service life of at least seven years and autonomous operation supported by solar power.
