Supply of thermal orthophotos for the Region of Hannover

Summary

The tender concerns the acquisition of georeferenced thermal orthophotos covering the Region of Hannover, including flight planning and aerial data capture, processing, quality assurance and delivery of the final datasets. The contractor must use a digital thermal sensor together with DGPS and a high-precision INS, achieve a ground resolution of at least 35 cm and a camera temperature resolution below 50 mK, and deliver the data in the specified coordinate and height reference systems.
