Procurement and maintenance of HPE hardware components and accessories

Summary

Deutsche Welle is establishing a discounted framework agreement for HPE hardware, accessories and support for itself and participating German public broadcasters. The four lots cover (1) blade, hyperconverged and specialist servers, (2) storage systems, (3) SAN switches and (4) maintenance and support for existing and future HPE systems. Lots 1–3 run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, and Lot 4 from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030; the estimated total call-off volume is €22,123,000 including VAT, with a minimum of €4,007,000 including VAT.
