Strip-out, hazardous materials remediation and demolition for the refurbishment and extension of OGGS Overath

Summary

The City of Overath is procuring strip-out, hazardous materials remediation and demolition works at the OGGS Overath school building on Burgholzweg 20. The scope includes general and sanitary-area strip-out, removal and disposal of asbestos-, mineral-fibre-, PCB- and mercury-containing materials, façade and roof dismantling, paint removal from approximately 2,450 m² of concrete surfaces, and demolition works. The building volume for general strip-out is approximately 14,000 m³; the contract is not divided into lots.
