Carpentry and timber construction works

Summary

The tender concerns carpentry and timber construction works for the new Höchstadt service building. The works include installation of timber-based exterior posts, preparation of load-bearing elements and window lintels, wood-concrete composite floors, and sealing/waterproofing works. The project quantities include about 515 m2 of exterior posts, about 34 m3 of load-bearing elements and window lintels, about 2500 m2 of wood-concrete composite floors, and about 550 m2 of sealing works. The works are planned to start in calendar week 8, 2027 (22 February 2027) and finish in calendar week 49, 2027 (10 December 2027).
