For many products, the offer must include a certificate or other evidence, such as TÜV or GS certification, proof of compliance with DIN standards, Öko-Tex evidence, Fairtrade evidence, proof of Sanitized treatment, or World Athletics and AGR certificates. For certain products, a sample and data sheet must be delivered to the contracting authority no later than three days after the tender deadline. During contract performance, the supplier must comply with ILO core labour standards, environmental requirements, equal-treatment obligations and women-promotion conditions.
